1. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee. If client reschedules and not cancels, the cancelation fee will go towards the service. 2. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged. If client rescheduled for a later date, the cancellation fee will be used towards the clients next service. 3. If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total service cost will be charged. 4. Cancellation fees may be waived in the event of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. However, proof or documentation may be required in such cases. 5. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may be considered as a no-show, and their appointment may be cancelled. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will apply in such cases. 6. In the event that a client arrives late for their appointment due to circumstances beyond their control, the hairstylist will make every effort to accommodate them. However, the hairstylist reserves the right to adjust or shorten the service duration to avoid any inconvenience caused to subsequent clients. 7. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the client being required to prepay for future appointments or, in extreme cases, refusal of service. 8. The cancellation policy is subject to change at the discretion of the hairstylist. Clients will be notified in advance of any changes. By booking an appointment with the hairstylist, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy.
